Cleaning My Hunter Wellies?

I am not familiar with Galloway wellies. What are they made of? Are they rubber? leather? a combination? What? If they are leather or have leather parts, I would suggest the use of saddle soap to clean them. Then work in some leather preservative. Rubber or any polymer will look good if you clean it with soap and water and then wipe on a light coat of a product such as Armor All.
