APA format for Paper?

I am in nursing school and we are supposed to do all of our papers in APA format, but all the cles that we have taken prior to nursing school have always had us write our papers with MLA format. I have to pick out a journal and write why this journal pertains to my patient that I had last week in clinicals. How would I set this paper up? Do I need a title page if I am just summarizing and comparing? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
