I wana move to uk i have permanent residance from czech and my son is czech, can i get uk entry clearance?

According to uk laws i can move to uk if i am family member of EU national and moving to uk together with EU national, but for this purpose i should apply in Uk emby for entry clearance. I am divorced from czech wife but my son is in my custady, so what should i have to do because i think uk emby will refuse me for entry clearance because they will say you should have a EU natioanl wife to move there not EU natioanl child... but according to law i have right in both cases to move uk... please help me in deatail ... what should i do and what daent should i prepare to apply entry clearance for uk ..thanks.. with best regard..
