Fallout new vegas vendor glitch?

The will eventually restock over time. I believe it is every week. The best thing you can do is to use your safehouse in Novak to store all your equipment that you want to sell and continue playing the game. Then as time pes and the stores restock you can go back to Novak and get your equipment and then sell.
