Growing hair really long!??!! helpp!?

There's not really an answer as far as how long because everyone's hair grows at a different rate. All of the things you are doing are good except for the straightening. That will still fry at least the ends of your hair no matter how much stuff you put into it. Any chemicals like dying it will weaken your hair too. Your hair isn't too far from that length so it shouldn't take too long as long as you get it trimmed regularly and take care of it. Hope this helps.
