Absolutely, I think we have all felt like that before! I have lost a **** ton of weight (about 90lbs. since July) and the way to do it is to set very small obtainable goals and when you hit them, reward yourself with a non food item. For instance, when I hit 203 lbs. I am getting another tattoo. I do have pics of me at 140 lbs, 160 lbs, hell even 185 lbs and looking at them does motivate me. Don't focus on losing a whole stone, I try in lbs to focus on losing to drop my BMI down 1% which is 6-7 lbs.
