Has anyone either lived in Creekside Village or Martha Lake Apartments?

Creekside Village is in Mountlake Terrace, Wa and Martha Lake is in Lynnwood, WA. My husband and I are planning on moving there and are interested in these apartments but I was just wondering if anyone had experience with them?
