What is up with this kid lol he's so confusing?

he's putting up status that I think are directed towards me I think he wants to hook up with me and we were suppose to yesterday but something happened and now he hasn't tried to set up to chill its like hello ur leaving for school soon I don't get it I just want to have fun hes nice and cute and just don't get it unless when he saw me he wasn't attracted me but he was before we met up so I'm not sure what to do but I texted him 2 times and never replied back but sometimes guys are weird and this guy asked me to hangout a week ago and I said I couldn't but would t he next night and then he didnt ask me to chill again until yesterday which is a week later so I don't get what he's doing or what if he didn't want me anymore would he tell me I said he could it be no hard feelings to be honest I dont like him in a boyfriend way because hes leaving for school and I don't date guys who go away to school since they can hu with girls there and its not cool unless your already together and you can do it but for me I just looking for a fun night with him and he teased me with things he wanted to do to me and now its like hes taken it away ugh why are guys so complicated lol
