Why is it that almost every Aquarius Girl i've met is not smart?

I'm an Aquarius girl and people tell me all the time that I'm smart " I'm not really that smart really" but I'm not stupid either but I've always got very good grades in school . I'm currently studying to become a doctor and I get satisfactory grades in college. My best friend is an aquarius and she is the smartest person I've ever met she is a real genius.
