What are the Oklahoma laws for chimney smoke?

I live in Lincoln County and my neighbor is using a fireplace or wood stove in his house. His house is ten feet from mine and the smoke is choking my family at night. What are the laws and regulations for using a fireplace in residential areas. Legally he can't smoke me out of my house right?
