Why is 70% ethanol rather than pure ethanol preferred for use as an antiseptic agent?

well....the pure ethanol gets easily evaporated..so its not easy when highly evaporative substance to be used as antiseptic agent so only we use 70%ethanol rather than pure ethannol according to my knowledge!!
