PC setup Worth Keeping?

I have a 4 year old Alienware that has 2 Pentium 4 CPUs @ 3.20 GHZ, 2 gb of ram, and a ATI Raedon hd3800 HIS q, and the downside is the motherboard only supports AGP. I was wondering if i could find a mother board i could put the two CPU's on and make it PCIE 2.0 acceptable too, or if i should just upgrade the processor and motherboard, or just add 2 gb of ram on it and use it for a little while. Im just trying to balance money and performance, id rather keep the processors, but if i cant i cant.
