Losing weight before summer comes?

Ok well i'm currently on weightwatchers and have been for 2 weeks and have lost about 7 pounds(yay!) but i'm not noticing any difference in the way my tummy looks. I'm 5'9" and weigh 164 now. I work out 4-5 times a week, i do lots of cardio like, Mondays i jog 4 miles, Tuesday i do cardio kickboxing, Wednesday i do body jam, Thursday rest, Friday zumba, Saturday body jam or yoga, and Sundays sometimes i run. I've been doing this for over a month now (the exercising, not the diet) and i have not seen any noticeable results. So any suggestions on how to be bathing suit ready by summer time (3months) and also what should my target weight be? right now im aiming for 140lbs. Thanks for any answers :)
