It is hard for international students to get into FIU?

I have 80 on my toefl test and the ask me for 63. but i have 1360 on my SAT. (560 on math 400 on reading and 400 on writing) im applying for engineering and the math part its more or less what they ask me for. its low but the english part could be stabilized with my toefl scores. Im hispanic from venezuela. and i really want to study at FIU. i don�t know my GPA but my grades in venezuela are about 13/20. (here you p a course with 10) what do you think about it?
