Is there a way to get on to David Lynch's pay site currently?

On his website there are two pictures, the album art for his new singles. White noise plays in the background, and it says "website coming soon." Would I have had to sign up a couple of years ago, will I have to wait a while to sign up, or is there some secret way to get in?
