Im trying to lose weight and i need to get rid of belly fat!!!?
Ok calm down. You are on the right track. BUT. The exercises you are doing are not for your belly. The only part of your body that works the muscles in the lower abs are the legs. I know this sounds weird but its true. So Try this. Lay on the floor on your back with or without a mat. If you have back problems you may need the mat. Raise you legs. If you place your hand on your lower abdomen you will feel it move. Raise your legs about 6 inches from the floor (no weights) hold that position and the lower them back down. Do not let them touch the floor. Your stomach will control the legs and you will be working and toning your lower abs. Keep you lower back on the mat or floor. DO NOT ARCH your back. If you have a problem or it hurts your back place a pillow under your at the base of your thigh. Make your stomach muscles control the legs going up and down. Do this slowly as many times as you can. Add more reps as you can. Never raise them above the floor more than 6 inches or so. You will find out that the stomach is no longer in control if you do. Try it out you will see what I mean. And do not touch the floor until you are done or resting.
