10 PTS: How are these two iPod protectors different?

The first item does not fit the 2nd Gen because of the rounded edges. The film will not stick to the edges and will peel off. If you read some of the reviews, the second item does not fit the 2nd Gen that nicely either (it would be okay as a screen protector, but the back film is not proportionate to the back of the 2nd Gen iPod Touch). When using both items, you have to be very careful as to align the film correctly and make sure there are no dust/lint particles, hair, ect. on the film. Personally, I wouldn't shell out the $15 for something that doesn't fit that well, but it's your call.
